Hier ein paar Gedanken zum Base Development, zur Research und zum Bauen von Items (die mache ich jetzt doch lieber als individuelle Artefakte). Ich habe auch schon ein paar vollständigere Tabellen, die lade ich vielleicht noch als PDF hoch, da ist dann die Formattierung einfacher.

Base Development
The players should pick a base from where they run their operations. The choice has little effect except for DM Intrusions.

Research
New technologies can be researched that allow skilled personnel to create artefacts useful for the fight against the alien invaders. Technological research requires a sample of alien technology and a skill check (which uses the crafting rules but does not produce an item – instead it results in technological knowledge which can be used to create items later).
Note that (as for regular crafting) skill and assets can be used to either reduce the difficulty or the required time. For example, a difficulty 7 technology takes a year to research but this can be reduced to a month or even a week with the proper training.

Artefact Creation
Artefacts can only be created once the appropriate technology has been researched. Creating artefacts is not an industrial process and thus uses the crafting rules.
