Musik für Fading Suns

Managarmr:

Artemis: Grieg's "Morning" from Peer Gynt - life, fluffy, happy goodness
first movement from the VI symphony of Beethoven

Bannockburn: Alford's "Colonel Bogey".

Byzantium Secundus: Verdi's "Grand March" from Aida
Copeland's "Fanfare for the Common Man"
Haydn, concert for trumpet & orchestra.

Cadavus: Overture of "Fliegender Holländer"

Chernobog: Beethoven's Toccata and Fugue in D minor

Delphi: "Radetzky March" by Strauss - this song just sounds martial, yet prim and proper.
Turkish March from the Ninth Symphony of Beethoven.

De Moley: Wagner's "Ride of the Valkyries"

Gwynneth: The Finale from Rossini's "William Tell Overture"

Leagueheim: Rimsky-Korsakov's "The Flight of the Bumblebee" - it's a crazy and fast-paced world :-)
                  diverse Paganini

Nowhere: The Great Gate of Kiev from Moussorgsky's "Pictures at an Exhibition", to match the mystery and grandeur of the Gargoyle

Pentateuch: The opening from "Also sprach Zarathustra" by Strauss. Again, mystery and ominousness.

Any Hazat world: La Virgen de la Macarena
or Tchaivoksky's "Marche Slave", which sounds martial enough to me, even though it has zero spanish flavor to it.
De Falla's Noches en los jardinos de españa should be better.

Daishan: Barber's "Adagio for Strings", as somber, sad, forlorn and paiful as I imagine this world must be in its current state.
            Grieg's Finlandia

Criticorum: "Arrival of the Queen of Sheba" from Handel's "Solomon"

Hawkwood worlds: "Eine kleine Nachtmusik" by Mozart, especially the "I Allegro"

Severus: the Finale from Ravel's Bolero.  That may sound a bit weird, but it is kind of entrancing with its repetetiveness.  It also strikes
me as slightly macabre.  I can easily associate the piece with a viper...

Stigmata: Mozart's Requiem, "Dies Irae", Verdi's Requiem "Dies Irae"

Velisimil (Obun): Bailero from Canteloube's "Chants d'Auvergne". Slightly mystical and metaphysical in tenor, without being overly
arrogant or presumptious.  Just right for an Obun.

Schoasch:
Um mal von Soundtracks wegzugehen: ich empfehle in jedem Fall noch die Misfits (besonders die American Psycho und die Famous Monsters) sowie Demented are go, Klingonz (Deepspace 69!), Tiger Army und The Meteors. Kommt natürlich auf die Szene an.
Für ein schönes zünftiges Gefecht is außerdem Hardcore net schlecht (Blood for Blood, 25 ta Life, Hatebreed, agnostic Front, etc.)

Kardinal Richelingo:
Lustmord - Carbon und Zoetrope. Besser gehts nicht. :)

Azzu:
Ich bin im Moment in den OST zu Gangs of New York verliebt. Da sind einige Stücke drauf, die passen perfekt für urbane Gegenden mit niedrigem Techlevel.

azentar:
Dead Can Dance
- Spleen and Ideal
- Within the Realm of a Dying Sun (der Titel sagt alles)

Atmosphärisch, ätherisch, mythisch, mal leise und melancholisch, mal kraftvoll: Sehr stimmige FS-Soundtracks.
