[PDQ] PDQ# - deutsche Übersetzung?
Joerg.D:
> Do you license PDQ?
Yes.
> > How much do you charge for a license of PDQ.
Nothing, it's free. . .
. . . But there are some specific provisions:
* System design credit, for me, in the product and on product webpages.
* Links to the ASMP and/or S7S websites.
* Review of the product, before publication, so I can offer advice/comments.
* 1 page of the product dedicated to ASMP advertising.
* A complimentary copy of the product after publication.
That's about it.
> > Or is the Game System under OGL or CC available?
No. It's a free license (if I approved the idea), but is not OGL or CC.
And I approve your ideas. So, we're good.
Here's the licensing boilerplate. Take a look at it and let me know what you think.

PDQ-L & License Info
Here's the basic details:
See below for the PDQ License Agreement.
You should also consider joining the PDQ-L Yahoo Group, where you can talk to folks who have licensed, are licensing, or are about to license
a PDQ ruleset (PDQ, PDQ2, or PDQ#) for their games.

Now, I have attached the license agreement for the PDQ family
below, so you can see what I ask in return for you being able
to use the system(s).
What Licensees Get:
* A tested, simple/light system with some popular currency.
* Starting advice on your idea by an AWARD-WINNING game
designer/writer (i.e., me).
* Essentially a free, light editorial pass of the pre-pub
product by an AWARD-... yadda.
* Informal word-of-mouth from me (an AWARD-... you get the
idea) upon your product's publication. Note that as of
today, I have 535 people who have friended my LJ and 373 people following me on Twitter, many in the game industry or fandom: the people you want to reach.
If you want me to help produce and publish it through Atomic
Sock Monkey Press, we'll have to bang out a more formal
agreement. (And, just to let you know, I'm not really interested
in doing that.) However, I'll help you out as much as I
can if you publish it yourself under the license.

PDQ FAMILY LICENSE AGREEMENT
=============================
Read over the Agreement for Licensing the PDQ System. If
you agree, then add at the bottom:
"I agree to the above terms. (Your Name)"
Then reply to me with this.
I'll reply back with my "signature" and we're good.

Achim:
