The Past: Humanity has left Earth centuries ago on a one-way trip in search of new life, to start over on a new world. Most of the travelers did not survive, but those who lived, found a new home on a massive, alien world. They named it Westward, as it spins in a polar opposite direction of Earth…
Now! This is when you arrive on Westward. Three hundred-forty three years after the first colonists crash-landed, Westward is rife with hostilities, from dangerous wildlife to scant resources. While the colonists started with advanced technologies, they quickly realized the need to reverse engineer their ideas to adapt to a new world. Despite all their technological knowledge, much of Humanity lives in rural and badland settings. Everyday, these people struggle for survival and are barely able to produce enough food.

I am James 'Grim' Desborough. I've worked in the RPG industry for some time now as both a freelancer and as a self publisher through Postmortem Studios.
I suffer from depression.
Many creative people suffer from depression and it is a massive drain on your energy, willpower and your capacity to work, produce, make a living, get on with your friends and family and to deal with the everyday slings and arrows that life throws at you.
But it also seems to fuel your creativity.
I want to channel my problems, and those of so many others that I know, into a game that addresses and examines these problems in a fun way. One that can make people with depression and other problems feel empowered and capable. One that can raise awareness - to coin a horrible phrase.
To reach the most people and to provide the most help I want to give this away for free, but I just can't afford to do that, ironically because of the depression. The artists and other contributors I will call upon also suffer from the same problems and deserve to be paid for their efforts as well.
If we reach the funding goal that is all the money I will need to make this happen and I will be able to give the PDF version of the book for free and to sell the print version at cost via print on demandThe Game
ImagiNation is set after a psychic catastrophe has swept the British Isles. The mainland has been twisted and corrupted by a psychic virus that causes people's dreams and fancies to become concrete, real, within the zone of effect.
The refugees from this disaster are encamped upon the smaller islands around Britain, a thin stretch of water away from the chaos and disaster. A rump of government and military force contributing to a cordon and desperately looking for some solution.
The only people that can enter the zone and come out unharmed are those who are already mad, already damaged, already on the edge, creative people.
The rules will be story/description based and derived from those used for the Neverwhere fan RPG.
Players will play artists, writers, poets, singers and the mentally unstable who are able to use their skill to warp the unreality of the mainland and resist its effects while they look for answers - and wonders.
http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/froggodgames/rappan-athukRappan Athuk, the legendary mega-dungeon by Necromancer Games is nothing more and nothing less than a good, old–fashioned, First Edition dungeon crawl updated for the Pathfinder Roleplaying Game and the Swords & Wizardry rules. Very difficult, Rappan Athuk will truly strike fear into the hearts of the most stalwart adventurers. It offers legions of inventive traps, tricks, strange features, and monsters -- many of them never before seen. It affords numerous opportunities for roleplaying, but anyone willing to brave these subterranean halls better arrive ready to rumble, or their lives will be short indeed.
