Ja, ich mag Zufallstabellen zur Charakterausarbeitung auch total gerne. Ein Lifepath-System macht mir z.B. immer Spass.

Aber das Zusatzequipment, das man oft kriegt, hilft dabei nicht wirklich.

Stattdessen gibt es meistens einfach noch mehr Modifikatoren, die man berücksichtigen muss.

Selbst Einträge wie "Part of your character’s extensive training including full understanding of a particular occupation or area of focus. You may give her one Professional Edge, ignoring requirements, subject to the GM’s approval." fügt eigentlich nicht viel zum Hintergrund hinzu.
