1. MY0 (1st, 2nd and 3rd clues to Eden) + Land of the Saurians
2. Genlab Alpha until the Epilogue (Grand Council)
3. Elysium part one, up to "Signal from Genlab Alpha"
4. MY0 (4th clue to Eden + conclude Eden) + Die, Meat-eaters, Die
5. Mechatron + North Bay Nanodeep from Eternal War
6. MY0 Starter Book + remainder of Eternal War (this would be the aftermath of the destruction of Mechatron and establishment of the Collective)
7. Elysium part two, finishing from where "Signal from Genlab Alpha" left off
8. Hotel Imperator + any un-used zones (this would cover the introduction of humans into the setting following the fall of Elysium)
9. Gray Death
Genlab Alpha can be played up to the early Epilogue, where the animals split off into two camps. You can play the bickering and politicking, but leave the future of the animals uncertain... until the PCs come to attack them in Elysium part one. The bonus here is that you don't need to work around what happened and was established in first playing through the Elysium Strike Team part of the Epilogue and can just play it full tilt with your Elysium characters. Interestingly, the players will not know of Wildpaw adopting Truffaut's name until they meet her out in the zone either... which feels appropriate (as you can drop Truffaut's oddly familiar name before they actually meet "him", ie. Wildpaw).
That is at least an interesting alternative way to splice up things.
