Hegemon
Individual Role: Hegemon are aware of the priviledges they have in the Known Worlds and use their influence and charisma to full advantage, to fulfill their goals.
Group Role: The Hegemon is often the one representing the group in tense negotiations and act as supporter and sponsor of the group.
Societal Role: Hegemon often come from noble backgrounds, as those are usually prepared from a very young age to fulfill their duty as leaders and lawgivers. That being said, a Hegemon might just as easily be an influential priest, a well-connected guild member or a powerful crimelord - within the Known Worlds many beings take charge of their own destiny and come to power, no matter the circumstances of their birth.
Advanced Hegemon: As the Hegemon advances, they are able to extend further influence over other beings and also hold their own in a fight, potentially being able to act as military commanders, charging into battle while inspiring their troops and sowing fear among the enemy ranks. In many social circles it is also fashionable to back up their words with a display of bravado and dazzling swordfighting, so Hegemon who are all-talk often find it harder to be taken seriously.
