Danke! Interessant einen flipthrough zu sehen. Ohne das Buch nun gut- oder schlechtzureden, wirkt es auf mich wie ein eingescanntes Notizbuch. Aber das Publikationsformat ist größer als ich dachte.

Vielleicht interessiert es euch: Zak sagt er hat 13 Exemplare verkauft und mehr als diese Anzahl für Online-Dienstbarkeit verschenkt.

Given away don't know exactly but more than that, zero requests were turned down--I laid out the rules and people either (a) followed them and then asked for their book and got it shipped (b) didn't follow them and knew they didn't so didn't ask or  (c) made some oversight while trying to do it right and then remedied it when I pointed out the oversight and then asked and then got their book.
