Nachdem Eden Studios ja schon Witchcraft zum kostenlosen Download angeboten hat, hier mal der Link zum Armageddon Introductory Pack in dem eine der moeglichen Zukunftsversionen des Witchcraft-Settings aufgefuehrt ist...

Ein Auszug daraus:

and in the Abode of the Gods. Even the armies of Heaven and
Hell find themselves fighting against a common enemy.
This is the world of Armageddon. For years magic has
grown more powerful and supernatural creatures more
common, as the world prepares for the final battle. Players
can choose from a wide variety of different character types
and power levels. They can play powerful celestials like the
members of the Heavenly Host or the Legions of Hell. They
can play supernatural servants of the Old Gods who share
some of the power of the ancient deities. They can be
Immortals who use lost knowledge to protect the world from
an enemy of whom they have distant memories. They can
play humans with powerful abilities whose long lives have led
them to this conflict, or humans who have just begun to
realize their metaphysical potential. They can even play
ordinary soldiers on the front lines of the final battle.
No matter what characters are portrayed, and whether
they act reluctantly or by choice, they work towards one goal.
Save the world.

Das ganze klingt mir um ein vielfaches besser als das was ein anderes (pseudokompatibeles "Mulit-Monster-") System/Setting anbringt ;D

Stimmt, das klingt extrem geil, und das Unisystem ist ein recht nettes Regelsystem, zumindest sowie ich das in Witchcraft gesehen hab.

Also die Versuchung ist da, aber was fehlen würde sind Spieler.

Die Welt steht vor dem Untergang. Armeen des Bösen gegen kleine Widerstandsgruppen des Guten. Eine Gruppe von Engeln und anderen Übernatürlichen ist die einzige Hoffnung. Ein kleines gallisches Dorf... *schnarch*

Also so uralt war ja schon lange nichts mehr. Von Eden hätte ich mehr erwartet. Viel mehr. Laaaaagweilig!

Das Einzige, was das Ganze noch halbwegs retten könnte, ist das System (unisystem rulez!). Aber ich für meinen Teil bleibe da lieber bei Witchcraft oder Buffy.

Was erwartest du von einem Setting das "Armageddon" heißt??
Der Text sagt bisher herzlich wenig aus. Ich warte erst mal bis es heraus ist. Bisher hatt mich Eden noch nie entäuscht. (Ich kenne allerdings nur WC und Buffy) Ich werde auf jeden Fall mal einen Blick hineinwerfen.

Wenn du die anderen Codices zu Witchcraft hast dann hast du in den "Armageddon-Sidebars" ja schon was darueber gelesen.

Aber wenn dich DIESE Art stoert... Wie haettest du's besser gemacht?

Die Welt wird zerstoert werden und du kannst nichts dagegen machen? (Sorry, das hat White Wolf schon draussen)
Oder: Die Welt IST Zerstoert? (Das gibt's mit VOID schon ;D
