Dretchnyliax is one such realm, led by a powerful green dragon Dretchnyl, who's MORE MACHINE NOW THAN…um…dragon…TWISTED AND…well, she was always evil, she's a green dragon.

Nein, er meint Organized Play - also vom Verlag organisierte Spielrunden in teilnehmen Läden und Einrichtungen, wo Spielleiter sanktionierte Abenteuer leiten die du mit vorgefertigten oder (gemäß den Sonderregeln für Organized Play) selbstgebauten Charakter spielen kannst. Man sammelt als Spieler dann Punkte, kann den Charakter dafür steigern oder andere Vergünstigungen bekommen usw.

Google mal Pathfinder Society oder D&D Adventure League, das sind die beiden großen, aktuell laufenden Formate in dem Bereich.
