Chultans
Chultans are the human natives of Chult. They have dark skin, black hair, and a rich culture. Driven out of the jungle by monsters and undead, they took refuge behind the stout walls of Port Nyanzaru, gave up their dynasties, and united to become a mercantile power.
Converted to Mazticans / (The Itzas)
The Itzas, despite their trials, are known to be some of the kindest and gentlest folk in the True World.
The Aarakocra
Tribes of aarakocra live atop the mountains and plateaus of Chult. Aarakocra strive to defend the land against the forces of evil.
Converted to The Quetzaldaun

Ther’re eagle (but colourful) like Aarakocra that even to this day worship Qotal even after he disappeared. They fill the same role as the Aarakocra in Chult in ToA but have clear animosity for dragons.
Batiri (Goblins)
Chult is home to scores of independent goblin tribes collectively known as the Batiri.
Battle Stacks. Batiri warriors sometimes ride on each other’s shoulders in battle, in a formation known as a battle stack.
Converted to The Little Folk
They are unrelated to the Halfling in the rest of Toril.
For simplicity, I will change the Goblins inti savage jungle halflings still using the battle stacks but having slower movement and using the paralysing poison known as kurari on their Weapons DC 10 consave or be poised 1 minute the affected charter can repeat the saving throw at the beginning of each of his turns. Ingested in Higher doses then on a weapon the DC is 15 and last for 1d4 Hours (no saves).
They often worship or follow Jaguarlords.
Dwarves
Most of the shield dwarf strongholds beneath Chult were destroyed, some now live in Port Nyanzaro other have adapted to the jungle how became ancestors the first Albino dwarfs.
Converted to Dwarves (dessert Dwarves)
They consist of foreign dwarf and the decedents of desert dwarves, a subsection of them fled into the jungle and adapted to it. (since this happened more recently even with a possible time shift they do not jet differ so much from other desert dwarfs physically but culturally) There are also rumours of a Dwarfed city that was lost in ancient times, before the rockfire somewhere in the jungles of Far Payit.
Frost Giants
Twenty frost giants came to Chult in search of the Ring of Winter.

They appeared after the lost period were old gods vanished and new gods tried to take their place they are aligned to the Vampires and are the children of Aclazotz. They been either created by the vampires in orders of their god or been summand into this world by them.
Tabaxi
Tabaxi are feline humanoids, originally native to the western continent of Maztica. Some Chultans refer to them as “cat folk” or “leopard people.” Groups of tabaxi wound up in Chult after escaping from slavers.
Maztican Tabaxi
A Native folk, but there’re serval tribes that live spread out over maztica some more secluded then others (one of my players plays a tabaxi far traveller form the Mountens in the north of Maztica)
Some of them live in smale triebes in the jungle of Payit too.
It happens that these tribes are taken over by Jaguarlords.
Undead
Over a century ago, the warlord Ras Nsi raised an undead army to conquer the city of Mezro. The army consisted mainly of dead Chultans raised as zombies and cannibals transformed into ghouls.
To make matters worse, Acererak filled out their ranks with horrible undead creatures such as girallon zombies and tyrannosaurus zombies.
Undead in Far Payit
In the Time of vanishing the newly formed Yuan-ti kingdom in the jungle of Far Payit used necromancy to fight of the Vampires of the eternal legion.
The remnants of these time still haunt the jungle as mindless monsters.
The Yuan-ti employ mummies as servants and as treasure guards.
To make matters worse, Acererak filled out their ranks with horrible undead creatures such as girallon zombies and tyrannosaurus zombies.
Weretigers
Chultans infected with weretiger lycanthropy haunt the jungle in small families or prides. Everyone in Port Nyanzaru has heard this rumor, but not all believe it.

After being driven out of their ancient city (see “Hisari,”), the yuan-ti claimed the ruins of Omu as their demesne. Their spies in Port Nyanzaru keep a wary eye on the merchant princes, would-be treasure hunters, and adventurers.

They honor there agreement to this day. Until the time of vanishing there home was hidden by powerful magic. Bu since they live far secluded from any other civilization most reports of them or they city are disregard as madness or fantasies.
New Stuff
The Antient Ones (Drow)
(not sure if I will include them)
Little is known about the Ancient Ones. The Nexal believed them to have been supernatural beings of great power but they were actually Drow who were separated from the rest of the Underdark during the time of the Rockfire. The Ancients lived in the Highcave at the summit of Zaltec's sacred volcano, Mount Zatal. Their duties included feeding Zaltec's Darkfyre and advising the high priest of Nexal.
Drow native to Maztica. Their kind came long ago to the True world after a a great war with the dwarfs in the underdark. They ended the war by destroying the subterranean passage deep below the see that do not follow the Spider Queen Lolth, but the Maztican god of Night and War Zaltec the Eater of Hearts. Their culture is not matriarchal.
Even after the time of vanishing the keep worshiping the god Zaltec believing he is still out there resting after a great battle against Qotal.
Dogfolk
(not in the campaign)
The dog people are the savage folk of the northern wilds, badlands and desert. Long haired and lean, their skin can be described as having more of a coppery tone than brown.
The eternal Legion
After the spell plague in the time of vanishing some of the people from outside of the True World were left there stranded alone. What have headend cause them to related into serval far spread corners of Maztica some mixing with the natives others secluding themselves becoming isolationist in with a twisted seans of purity.
But one group abandoned in Far Payit met a very different fate. The Bat God Aclazotz, offering them power nad eternal live for their worship and sacrifice.
They accepted and have been transformed into Vampires (Spans under the control of 1 true Vampire). They tied to conquer the jungle and its treasures causing terror and death among the people living in Payit. Until they drove the people into the arms of the newly reveal Yuan-ti resulting in a massive war that still effects the jungle to this day.
At day the stay in the shadow of their keeps or in caves guarded by monsters dogs breed from grey hounds using dark magic.
They are also blamed for the emergence of the batfolk.
