Moin.
Fehlt was? Kann was weg?
Supporting Cast
How many recurring NPCs do you have? Who made them? How complex are their motivations? Do you prepare descriptions or mannerisms? If they act off-screen, how do you do that?
Place
Where does your action usually take place? Traveling overland? Mostly in dungeons? In cities? What kinds of maps do you keep? Who made them? When? What do they show? Are there hexes, squares or the like?
Adventure Seeds
As a GM you probably bring certain plots/adventures/quests to the attention of your players. How do you do that? (Campaign pitch, NPC employers, rumors…). How many different ones do you usually keep around? How long on average do they take to play through? What happens, when the PCs do not address them?
Conundrums
What do you provide for the players to figure out? Traps? Passwords? The murderer? How to resolve a conflict peacefully? The meaning of justice? - When you do, do you know the answer? And how long do these things last (scene, session, campaign)? How can the players get clues or help? Talking to NPCs? Rolling skills? Consulting their knowledge of pop culture?
Enemies
How do you determine the stats for foes, enemies, monsters (challenge rating, fictional situation, current HP of the PCs…)? When do you do it?
Scenes
What kind of scenes or events do you prepare? Do you know beforehand when they will come up or do you drop them when it's convenient? What kind of scenes or events do you often gloss over?
