http://www.iron-league.com (der offiziellen Fanpage) gibt es einen Charakterbogen zum Download und in einem interessanten Interview ist u.a. folgendes zu lesen:
Q. As Mastering Iron Heroes is not quite out yet, can you give us any hints how some of the magic items will look? how about Zones?
A. Zones are really simple, but they're an idea that I think people just overlook. A zone is just a terrain piece that, when you stand next to it, gives you a new action you can choose during a fight. When the DM draws the encounter on his battlemat, he might say "You can knock over this pile of ale kegs with a DC 15 Strength check. They'll land in these four squares, causing 5d6 damage to everyone there and turning that area into difficult terrain." That's a really basic, simple zone. It's cool, because suddenly all the big bruisers in the party are falling all over themselves to get next to that pile and send it tumbling.
Magic items are a bit like books from Call of Cthulhu. They can give you added powers, but they invariably demand a price in return. The blade Stormbringer is a good example of a powerful IH magic item.
